Appointments are essential.

We understand eye emergencies occur and will allocate emergency slots during the day as needed. Please speak to our nurse or orthoptist if you have an emergency and need an urgent appointment.

Unfortunately due to the nature and intricacies of individual patient care, we often run 1-2 hours late. On our paediatric Wednesday, this delay can sometimes extend beyond 3 hours. Please allocate extra time for the appointments.
